Either a call back from a doctor or an appointment ( admittedly a long wait) if it’s not urgent.

Nothing. The staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful, polite. We are very lucky to be part of this practice.

Since I moved to this surgery over a year ago I’ve been very happy with my care and my ability to speak to a healthcare professional when I need to. The care I have received has been very good and I have no issues with any interactions I’ve had with any individual at the surgery. Thank you

I’ve not actually been to the surgery. But I must say the doctor who’s been dealing with me has been absolutely brilliant, really helpful and understanding, I always forget her name sorry

I get glue ear and they have not refer me 4 week and they done noting yet and reception are useless

Trying to get through at half 8 in a morning is a nightmare ,I was waiting 18 minutes other day till call was answered Most of the receptionists are lovely and helpful the odd one isnt and can be snappy But they do get a Dr to ring you back A non urgent appointment is between 1to 2 weeks wait that's with any dr,if you want a particular Dr it can be 4 weeks wait When I rang last week I got a message saying that a physio would ring me the following day on a Saturday which she did so this time its been good

Make sure the receptionists dont snap your head off! All the others are lovely helpful and kind ,one makes you feel you shouldn't ring Overall millroad has lovely staff
